RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS
To ensure the health and safety of our customers and team, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL ITEMS SOLD. We are not responsible for any incorrectly ordered items and cannot offer any returns or exchanges. We do not make or manufacture any items and ensure all items sold are in perfect condition and have a good expiration date. If you are having any problems with the items please contact the manufacturer of the item. Due to the nature of the items sold, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
REFUNDS DUE TO SHIPPING DELAY
Gordoscandy.com can not guarantee delivery times due to any problems that may arise from the shipping carriers and therefore we cannot offer any refunds for delayed shipping.
We make the extra effort to ensure all items are packaged well and are in perfect condition before they go into any shipping package. AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEREFORE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TOWARDS THE PACKAGE REGARDING CANDY OPENED, CANDY MELTED, INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IF ITEM IS MARKED "DELIVERED" AND YOU HAVEN'T RECVIEVED YOUR PACKAGE, ETC..
INNCORRECT ADDRESS
While creating your order, our shipping carriers are able to detect incorrect addresses. In that case, we will contact you via email or phone and try to resolve the problem. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours after the GORDOSCANDY.COM has contacted you, we will cancel your order and the customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you wish to change the address please contact us via email.
If the package is already in transit and you wish to change the address, a fee of $20 per package will have to be charged by our shipping carrier.
HANDLING TIMES
After receiving your order, your order will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days according to volume of orders.
